New York is my least favourite of the four big fashion weeks simply for the reason that I always find it boring. Yes, 90% of the pieces shown are wearable but it lacks the creativity of London, the in your face glamour of Milan and the heritage of Paris. So when it comes to picking favourites it always a bit hard. This year though the collections proved a little bit more to my liking particularly when it came to gorgeous tailoring and imagination at Delpozo and the debut of one of the best Australian designers around Dion Lee.
So without due here are my six favourite looks from New York.
