She Went Solo

Summertime.

For weeks now Sydney has felt like winter. Although it is great its not over 40 degrees (104 fahrenheit) the rain, wind and general miserable lack of sun was horrible. But now just in time for Christmas Sydney has finally produced some real summer weather, so I thought I would post a bunch of pictures that not only celebrate it but make me feel slightly jealous that I can't just live on the beach.

Let's just forgot that I get huge headaches when it hits over 35 degrees and I'm  repugnant  to a tan (read: I  go a little red then back to basically pure white)

By the way the 1st, 2nd and 5th pictures are from a free exhibit in Melbourne at the Victorian Archives called Summers Past: Golden  Days in the Sun 1950-1970  which anyone in Melbourne should check out.
